All sales are final. Returns and refunds are not possible. We are a small home-based business. If your item is damaged, you must contact us within 24 hours of USPS confirmed delivery time. Seventh Sun Gallery is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. We require signature confirmation on all orders of $100 or more to protect our customers.
Seventh Sun Gallery offers free shipping within the United State of America. International shipping has a flat fee determined at checkout. We ship items within three business days – usually less. We are not a drop ship retailer, and our items should arrive to you within three to five business days. However, we cannot be responsible for carrier delays. It is critical that you fill out shipping information fully. We are not responsible for insufficient address information. Do not forget to include your house, unit, or apartment number, or your package may be returned as undeliverable. If the wrong item was shipped to you, please contact us immediately with a photo. We will figure out what has gone wrong and make it right.
Seventh Sun Gallery cannot be held responsible if you have an allergic reaction to a product we sell. If you have an adverse reaction, please discontinue use immediately and dispose of the item.
